| I am so SICK of winter also! This winter has been awful with so much snow and ice, bitter temps below 0 and storm after storm. Ugh. My car doesn't handle too well on the ice and one morning I went out of control...hit the brakes which I shouldn't have...then started spinning in circles. It scared the bejeebers out of me and I wasn't even going fast, but once out of control, it speeds up on it's own. Hubby said I shouldn't let the gas tank get so low so there's no weight in the back end. I was so glad there were no other cars around or I'd have wiped them out! Spring will surely be a welcome sight!

| I am definitely ready for spring, also. We have had a lot of ice this year too... and snow. I won't even try to drive anymore when it is icy - it's just not worth it. Connie - isn't that an awful feeling when you lose control of the car like that? So helpless and terrifying. I'm glad you weren't hurt. I am SO looking forward to smelling grass and working in my gardens and watching the fluffs run around outside without freezing their little paws. I want to open my windows and hear all the birds singing and I want to hang some laundry outside to dry. Ahhhhhh. I just can't wait for spring. |

| We got some snow flurries last night! Nothing stuck though. Yesterday afternoon, it made it up to almost 60 degrees and then a cold front came in and at 10pm, it was down to 25 with wind gusts up to 40 mph.
