| A question for ladies in their 40s.... Do you find that men of the same age look a lot older than you do? (Or than you think you do? HA HA). I just signed up with one of those online dating sites. Most of the men my age or older look much older than I do. At first I thought they must be lying about their age, but then I found a real trend. I think I need to find a younger man! Snow, please melt soon before I get myself into trouble!

| Oh, no! Stay away from police officers (no offense), but I know quite a few and they are notorious for. . .well, you know. Maybe it's not their fault because we women love men in uniform .

| Well I'm not 40 yet , but it's sneaking up on me I think men look older in general , but most of the men I know look distinguished older not bad older.... I think it's because women try and take care of our skin more than men in general.

My husband is one year older then me at 47. I really never thought about him looking older then me until this past 4th of July. We were at my best friends 4th of July barb-b-que party. My husband was in the yard helping my friend's brother grill the chicken and burgers for dinner. He had asked his friends 8 year old son to go in the house and tell Karen (me) to get him a beer. The kid came up to me and asked me if I was Karen. I said yes. And he said...your dad wants another beer. LOL!!!! I still have fun teasing him about this.

A younger man might just be the ticket. Good luck...and steer clear of those firefighters too.

| I just dug myself out of some Eastern Washington Snow and am drinking wine... so I thought I'd get on YT... Your Post caught my eye. So let me let it fly, sista!!! Ok.. really, let me think. I'm 46 (soon to be 47 in Jan) but I look younger most days ... so I'm told. Now my husband is also 46 but is mistaken for 28, so that really chaps my hiney. LOL. He has a baby face. Ok. I haven't dated in 10 years. Thank God. So I have no ideas. But I can tell you my X-Boss is my age and met a man online who is older than her and I think he looks much younger. So I guess it just depends. But if I was you, and if I looked young like I do (I don't know how you look), I'd be looking for upper 30's to early 40's at best. Ok, so theres my wine soaked, breaking from the snow shoveling, ibuprofen soaked opinion. LOL (ibuprofen cuz my muscles are sore from shoveling out). |
