| Does this look like a nice case for a laptop? I am looking for a laptop case to give as a Christmas present. It's for a college student that has a 15.4" laptop. She carries her computer with her to class so it needs to be very padded to really protect the computer. She also wants to be able to store the power cord and any other cables in it as well. I came across this one: Bags Any thoughts?

| Well the bag is going to depend on her personal tastes, however I just wanted to suggest a backpack or messenger style bag if she is on a big campus and has to walk to class. Also, a laptop bag that doesn't look like a laptop bag is great because then no one knows you have one. I always had good luck with Jansport bags in college. You definitely have a great idea for her!!!

The personalization is my favorite part! I know what you mean about bulkiness. That's the main reason that I hate shopping online, I want to be able to see and touch everything before I make the decision to purchase it!

| Maybe try ebags.com - they take pictures from like 6 different angles and show it on a model so you can really tell what it will look like when you get it.

| I like the Vera Bradley messenger bags--some of the patterns are soon to be retired so those might be marked down.

| I found these two that I like from ebags.com. I'm thinking that maybe this classier look may be the way to go. Mango Tango Flight Bag > Ladies' Business > Business - eBags Solo Computer Tote > Ladies' Business > Business - eBags
