Ive had headaches also. I did see on the news that everything is really dry. The cold air that we've had up here has been dry and so cold you need heat, but the heat is drying so overall everyone is dry in their sinuses which can cause headaches also. I think thats my problem, but last week and this weekend I had a headache almost everyday.

Hmm, I never really thought of that, that it really hasn't been too dry here. It's been raining and then the last two days have been socked in fog. YUCK!!!! I am going to try and get in today..

The doc can give you a inj or some meds to make you feel better

So true, yesterday I had a headache almost all day that was killing me (I know I'm such a baby) but the aleve was not working this time

, nubby put some hot/warm towel on my forehead and make me feel better that with a nice nap

I also use a netti pot. I'm not keen on putting drugs into my system so this is my first line of defense in sinus related pain. The only other thing I use for pain is Advil liquid gels...they work really fast.

I would go but only if you have insurance - I don't

and went recently for bronchitis and let me tell you - not only did it set me back $$ but they want me to come back again. It's crazy what they charge these days.

As you can see by the time I'm posting this - I can't sleep - but trying to get help for this is hopeless....

ya if you find a REALLY good doctor - most are so worried about addiction they shy away from stuff that really helps
