| This will sound bad, but McDonalds cures me every time. Just a burger, small fries, and a huge Coke It's the only thing that helps me if I really tore it up If that's not his thing, Dr. Oz says lots of protein!

| I agree with everyone else! Fast food is the best cure for me too. McDonalds breakfast is the best but a big 'ol burger and fries works just as well too. Sonic seems to hit the spot too sometimes.

| Like many say a greasy meal works wonders. If you happen to go to the store pick up this drink powder called "Emergen-C" trust me, it works wonders because it helps restore all of the stuff your body lost when you drank. It also gives you lots of energy. My friend went from a puking hangover to jumping around in less than 30 min. Oops didn't read you were looking for meal options. I have heard that a banana milkshake with honey works wonders. Also, chicken soup.

| When I am hungover i get a bottle of revive vitamin water, it literally heals me up! Then I can eat whatever I want! But I agree with the rest, McDonalds! I love the chicken nuggets personally, good hangover food.

| OH! You know what else works? For future reference of course, I do hope he's all better today Go to the pharmacy and ask them for cola syrup. Sometimes it's out with the OTC stomach stuff, but sometimes you have to ask for it. It's inexpensive and worth keeping a small bottle in the fridge just in case Put a tablespoon or two over crushed ice and sip at it slowly, it will settle the tummy. Regular Coke works too, but the syrup works faster. If you need to use regular Coke, just stir it with a spoon to remove some of the bubbles. I forgot all about this remedy, as it's been a good long time since I've hurt myself with booze It's a good remedy for just about any tummy upset, not just hangovers
