Go to the pharmacy and ask them for cola syrup. Sometimes it's out with the OTC stomach stuff, but sometimes you have to ask for it. It's inexpensive and worth keeping a small bottle in the fridge just in case
Put a tablespoon or two over crushed ice and sip at it slowly, it will settle the tummy. Regular Coke works too, but the syrup works faster. If you need to use regular Coke, just stir it with a spoon to remove some of the bubbles.
I forgot all about this remedy, as it's been a good long time since I've hurt myself with booze
It's a good remedy for just about any tummy upset, not just hangovers
