| Does anyone eat tofu? I was always curious as to what it tastes like so I purchased some today but I don't really know how to prepare it or what it goes with. Anyone have any good recipes for this? Thanks

| I eat it.. I love it and so does Princess It depends what kind you get but you can add it in soups, dishes, or just eat it with certain type of sauces.. the recipes I know are Asian dishes so not sure if you'd like it. |

| I love my tofu deep fried and then eat with chilly sauce. If not you can always cook them with ground beef and then add the packet "Ma Po" tofu sauce (Asian style).

| I LOVE tofu and have found that the easiest, quickest way to make it is to marinate it in soy sauce and/or thai peanut sauce, sautee it with some garlic, add a bag of frozen veggies and you have a super easy stir fry. |
