As far as the mental illness goes, I agree that she shouldn't of been allowed to have a pet if she can't even take care of herself! Like Archie said, a family member should of stepped in and took control of the situation.

I totally agree! If she is sick and disgusting enough to put this poor baby on top of a hot stove, what else has she done to him in the past and also to any other animal she has ever owned?

ANYONE who hurts an animal, a child or a senior citizen, is a DISGUSTING person and it truly shows their character as evil. If you think about it, children, the elderly and animals are at her MERCY. I called the Bobo Hotline for his health update too - and they said he is "brighter" today (Tues) and his pain is being managed really well.

She has to be very ill and maybe things have gotten worse I am guessing he has been with her all this time.

I seldom am on the computer these days and just came in for a minute this is the first post to read, so sad to read this and my prayers are for BoBo and that God will let his little body be healing with less pain, I believe there is someone out there that will be giving precious BoBo a loving home in the future with much love and care and that he will be happy. I could not look at the video. Just hearing something like this is so heart wretching.

I would like to make a comment regarding mental illness and the care that is not available for them, or shall I say the lack of it being made available to those that can't afford it. My opinion is this, if our country geared itself to helping people with mental disorders and other serious conditions instead of the medical field being so dag gone greedy maybe many things wouldn't be happening that are. The medical cost care for anyone seeking any kind of treament is totally outragous. I pray that anyone needing the help of medical care for mental disorders will not be turned away in getting treatment, sad to say so many are every day, most likely many as I am typing this. This woman is one that needs help, and I pray that she gets the proper treatment and help, there are those who's condition is so severe and need to be in a controlled facility.

I have missed visiting with folks here at Yorkie Talk but am still limited to use of the computer.

Keeping BoBo in my prayers for a total and complete healing, God will oversee in this matter, I am praying this lady will be getting proper help for this disorder.

I donated through that link as well from Armani and myself. I am hopeful that once he gets better I can drop by and bring him toys, food, ect for his new home. I am still in shock over this. Its all over the news here in Colorado. My boyfriend cried when I told him, said to donate my heart out lol. I donated today and I want to see how his care progresses and Ill donate more. I watched the video, and I do hope that they never let that women out, otherwise I will probably be in jail for beating the sh** out of her. They did tell me they have had an amazing response with donations and I am so grateful that among the evil there is plenty of good as well. It must of been so horrific for that poor baby!!

I would so love it if somehow, some way - we could keep track of him in the future and could find out who adopts him. I'd love for them to find out about YT so we could see him heal, grow, and be LOVED. I am hopeful that eventually, he will be cherished beyond anything.

This is very true. As a person that suffers from mental illness, I know this first hand. I am bound by insurance and there is only one doc in my area that will take my insurance and all the docs I've been to have been bad... one called me crazy, one tried to kill me with meds, one didn't give me enough meds, one didn't want to deal with me and sent me to the hospital and I can't get into the community mental health center for 4 months. I have no doctor and I have no meds. It's the sad truth.

A lot of you do not understand about what a mental disorder does to a person. It makes you do things totally out of your character. Who knows what she was thinking, but obviously it wasn't good. Bobo looks like he was well taken care of and I'm sure he has been loved. These pyschotic episodes come with no warning.

Thankyou for the info I do pray that he find a wonderful home, I was talking to a friend of mind here in Cali she is also a new yorkie member, anyway she took her dog to groom but she shop "lost" her yorkie to make it short, after back in forth with he owner of the store, they got a mssg very nasty and crazy in their phone, well the dog was "found" at her local fire dep station he was torture and his little paws, belly, and testicles was burn with cigarretes even one of his paws can see almost the bone she said, the vet comfirm her fears but now he is doing much much better

I didn't click on the link, I knew it would make me sick and I wouldn't be able to think about anything else the rest of the day. Bobo is in my prayers. I pray that he will make as complete a recovery as possible.

I have a friend who adopted a Mama Cat who was thrown into a fire by some teenagers when she was pregnant. My friend who has MS and is in a wheelchair, adopted not only the Mama, but her surviving kitten They have a very happy life in their new home

What sick people could do this to a little baby? I look into Armani's eyes and I think that I would do everything in my power to protect him. I cant imagine him being hurt, sick or anything. I am so attached to him that my boyfriend thinks I love Armani more. I cant believe there are people out there that think it is ok to treat animals like this. It is not OK!!!! Its not.
