I agree - him acting like that isn't going to help matters ..if anything, it's going to cause more mistakes because you're stressed .......Is there a way for you to talk to him or a superior ?

Is this okay in a business? No, definitely not. Calling someone names amounts to harassment and he can be called to account for it. Go outside your company and find an organization that stands up for employee rights. There are laws to protect you from being belittled and called names. Do people really act this way in "the real world?" Yes, sadly, they do, but that doesn't mean you have to put up with it. Finding another job sounds like your best alternative, especially since you know what you would like to do. Good luck!

| You are not being oversenesitive. I know exactly how you feel right now because I am in the same exact position at my job. My boss treats me like less than a human and I keep getting the short end of the stick on the schedule. I am currently looking for another job too. Some people go on "power head trips" when they get just a little bit of power. It happens and small companies and big. The immediate supervisor I have now is the worst I have ever had, but my last boss was the best I have ever had, there are some really good ones out there. I really hope it gets better for you and you are able to find another job
