| ![]() I have to put in my experience with Swiffer products because I believe each individual should make their own determination of the safety of this product for their pet(s). The Swiffer subject has been around for ages now, and is proclaimed to be safe. I do not find it so. Here is what happened with my Sassy in relation to Swiffer: I began using Swiffer. The performance as a product was okay. However, Sassy started having BIG problems. She had such severe bloody diarrhea that I thought she was dying. I rinsed her off to take her to the vet and all I could see was blood and more blood. I was terrified. I got her medicine, treated her and she got okay. However it happened again. And again. I tried my best to figure out what I was doing that was different in the past. It finally dawned on me that these episodes happened the day after I used the Swiffer product. I stopped using it and Sassy no longer suffers. So....like people, some animals may have a reaction to something that does not bother others. Sassy did. I am so thankful I was able to figure it out. I believe that Sassy's small size (4.5 pounds) exacerbated the problem. I will never purchase Swiffer again. I don't want my baby to suffer for my convenience and that was what Swiffer represented to me. A convenient product. I am certain that there are many that will disagree with me. That's okay. I just ask that you not 'beat me up' about it like one did the last time I related this story. This is my personal experience and if it helps another little one, I will be very glad that I shared it yet again. Sammi |

| ![]() Wow, I think I will not use it again, but I never had any problem and I have two 13 years old cats, maybe because I don't use it all the time just sometimes but I sure don't want to take any chances either on my fur-babies ![]() |

Like I said at the start.. this was sent to me and I would have felt horrible if something happened to anyones baby because of this product, and I had not at least warned everyone and let them make their own decisions. Personally, I would not ever use something that may harm either my furbabies or my grandbabies. I want to thank you all for your comments. It is always best to talk to each other and communicate our feelings and experiences. You are wonderful people. ![]()
