| Boot Camp I do a muscle boot camp 3 times a week and ABSOLUTELY love it!! Has anyone else tried this type of exercise class? It has helped me keep off over 50 lbs of unwanted weight.

| It's one hour in length and you target each body part (legs, back, shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps, inner/outer thighs and the dreaded abs) with 4 minutes high intensity interval training using light weights, body bars, bosu ball or the body gliders. The 4 minutes are followed by one minute of stretching that particular body part. On Saturdays, we up the class and include a half an hour of Bosu Ball before the Boot Camp and woo hoo what class that becomes!! I tell ya, I bodybuild on the off days with my husband and we use heavy weights, but I actually find this class to be more physically demanding than bodybuilding. I LOVE this class!!

| a friend from work is also a trainer and does boot camps.. she had a baby about a year and a half ago and started doing a baby boot camp.. it's called "mommy's on the move" you bring your baby in a stroller and do the bootcamp with the baby! i've been to a couple of her "regular" bootcamps.. no baby here! ..it was fun.. it kicked my butt! great workout and so different!

| It sounds like a great idea. I'm going to see if anyone offers it around my area.
