| Congratulations!!! I know how hard it is to lose weight! I lost 100lbs over 6 years ago and it takes alot of determination and strength! That's a great accomplishment!!

I know it must have been hard, but boy... you really must have a high metabolism to loose 47 pounds in just 8 months and without following a really strict diet!!! |

| good job Shana! I did good after my first, but not the second.... I havent lost all the baby fat yet, and my baby is 17 YEARS OLD... lol... I am back on a good track now and decided it is time...... I am very happy for you! d

| Congratulations Shana!!!! I know first had exactly what you are talking about with feeling starving all the time during pregnancy. I was the same way with both of mine. The first one, I indulged and packed on almost 60 plbs. The second pregnancy, I forced myself to eat just three meals and only gained 30.

| Shana this is great!!!! Over the past several years I put on so much weight!!! I tried diet after diet and would always blow it and give up!! Then back in February something just clicked and I was determined to eat better and exercise. Since then I have lost 36 pounds and I feel so much better. I too want to drop 10 to 15 more pounds and I will be happy. Wow....47 pounds is a lot to drop!!!! Great job!!!
