Shana this is great!!!! Over the past several years I put on so much weight!!! I tried diet after diet and would always blow it and give up!! Then back in February something just clicked and I was determined to eat better and exercise. Since then I have lost 36 pounds and I feel so much better. I too want to drop 10 to 15 more pounds and I will be happy.
Wow....47 pounds is a lot to drop!!!! Great job!!!
