Thats what I was thinking... figure the calories for the cereal then figure the calories for the milk I was using. Which is FF Milk so 90 calories per cup. I measure the cereal too by just using a cup.

I hate when I get like this bc I become a bit compulsive

Better yet, don't eat any cereal. It's too high glycemic and causes your blood sugar to go up, which in turn causes your body to produce insulin, which makes you want more sugar!

I'd have one large egg if I were you - boiled, 80 calories. Unless you are cutting down your cholesterol. In which case I'd have Eggbeaters!

Counting calories is no fun! Raisin Bran is a good healthy cereal, low is sugar, high in fiber. Fills you up for longer!
