| Guess what I am going to do? I have never done a run before but since I am doing the competition... I figured ... WHY NOT?!?!!? Run On! I am doing the one in McKinney on 11/29. I wonder if Sam can do it with me if I borrow a jogger stroller

Donating YT 7000 Club Member | Go for it Twalla! I'm going to start training for a 5K this year. Are you doing the 10K or the 5K? If it's the 5K, I know of an awesome program you could try to get ready for it! Cool Running :: The Couch-to-5K Running Plan

| Is very important to keep breathing take it easy and make your self realistic goals, start a breaf walk (warm up) then run let see from her to the stop sig (if is not to far) then so on and keep adding up little by little and before you know it you will be doing good miles in no time , but be patient also a very good meal before (protein) is good but give your self time at least a hour or more ok, and if you have a audio with some army or favor music always help you go girl another thing other days you will do better than others so don't get disappointed and water or favor sport drink but ck the suggar levels |

| forgot, a mice or pepper spray or any kind of legal protection stun gun and be aware of your surroundings a partner is good but make clear that you are there to work out not to talk, too much talking can't make you slow down and mess up your breading pattern at least for a first timers jmho |

| That sounds like fun Twalla! It would be cool to take Sam along with you in a stroller too.... oh, and the mouse for protection! Sorry to Panama69 but I really got a kick out of that one.

| Actually I ask a expert today he,he and he said that pepper spray is better than mace, because the pepper spray is made of chilli pepper, is painful to the eyes and nose and work the senses, but Mace is chemical stuff and can burn even you and your dogs so be careful. |
