Luvs Lulu Donating Member | I vaguely remember a friend mentioning it. I would think though that it would cause some stomach upset. Wish I could help more but I really don't know much about it.

| I remember someone telling me, a very long time ago, that if you drink vinegar and water, it acts as a diuretic (sp) Not sure about weight loss though.

| My granmother use to drink it every morning...not jut for weightloss, but for overall health. I did a search a while back and it was said that Apple Cider Vinegar w/ the "mother" still in it (organic)...frm Bragg's was the best one. I found some at my local health food store. My grandmother said she would drink it mixed w/ a cup of warm water...I have read where others have added fresh lemon juice to it....but I don't know. I have tried to drink it, but I just can't stomach it. There are supplements, but I don't know how good they are. I know acv is suppose to be good for you for sooo many things though.

| My Mom is a big fan of it for overall health. I love vinegars and tried it back when but it gave me heartburn. I do buy the Braggs brand for making my salad dressing. It has the 'mother' in it and can be found in Whole Foods or health stores. I think for weight loss you're supposed to drink it in warm water before you eat. It's supposed to help with cholesterol, too. Apple Cider Vinegar cures - the best NATURAL home remedy for many health issues. (Sorry, forgot how to post links...)
