| Lost all my favorites I am so sad. Yesterday my husband ran some sort of clean up program on my computer and it wiped out the memory of my favorites and history. And under my favorites I had all sorts of important info for my business. I had hours of research saved. Now I dont know how I will ever find those websites again.

| What browser do you use? If you use FIrefox, sometimes it will 'lose' your favorites. They can be easily found, if Firefox. |

| I usually go through every so often and save all my favorite links in a email that I send to myself just in case something like that happens. |

| Oh that sucks! I use my favorites a lot too. How about looking back in your "history" and seeing where you've been in the past week? That may help remind you.

| If you use Windows you can click on "Start" on your desktop and go into "Help and support". In there you have the option for "System Recovery" where you can go back in time say a day or two and it helps you restore your settings, bookmarks... without losing your recent work, saved documents, e-mails... I had to do this a little while ago as I lost all my Mozilla bookmarks when I went to a site to view a picture. I was worried that if I did the system recovery I would lose all my pictures I just loaded on my computer but everything was fine and I was able to get my bookmarks back. It was a lifesaver. All the best. |
