i know youre pain. My moms computer was riddled with viruses and such and the hardrive just STOPPED working, it was FRIED. EVERYTHING was GONE
. what is much worse is that my neices pictures were all on there!!!!!! (she died of leukemia when she was 3 and a half) so those are all GONE, i almost cried...... all of our photos were just non existant (we had SOME backed up to disks, but not everything)
