My husbands 5 years older than me. But I have an 18 year old in one of my classes who keeps asking me out hahah (I'm 24).

my fiance is 3 years older than me. even though the "norm" is that men do date younger woman it did come as a shock to his parents when we first started dating.

jeremy was 19 at the time and they thought i was older and were very shocked to find out i was a 16 HS junior...lol

but here we are, 4 years later, planning our wedding

I'm almost three years older than my husband - which isn't a huge gap but he delights in reminding me that I'll be 30 before him! (I'll be 28 in Dec and he turned 26 in July). When we first started going out (10 years ago this autumn) alot of my friends and family made a big deal of the age gap - but as I've mentioned, we've been together for ten years this year, celebrated our fifth wedding anniversary in July and have two children, ages 4 and 1, together.....so we must be doing something right! I say go with what makes you happy xxxx
