What happens when you call animal control?

Well, they went out and talked to the owners and apparently they have several other dogs (all inside) that appeared to be well taken care of. They explained the one outside by saying that it had something stuck in it's hair and they cut it out so that's why it looks as if it's hair is falling out. I think that's ridiculous. That is so awful. Angie could you possibly go up to the door and offer to take the dog for them? Even if you don't keep it...just to get it away from there and bring it to a rescue or something. I have no idea what I would do if I were you. That is so sad. And that the AC didn't do anything...URGH!

We drove by last night around 11 and they had taken it in. We'll definitely keep a close watch on that house from now on. I just hope and pray they are not mistreating those poor little dogs...
