They should both be brought up on charges! And all the fine is for this horrid crime is only $500!!

It is so hard to believe. I almost got sick when I read this - so, I almost didn't post it. But somewhere there has to be a lesson for others

This guy ought to have the same procedure performed on him - in the same circumstances without anesthetic!!!

So he can feel that pain!!! Only a $500 fine...is that for real??!! Both of those people....they must have no sense, no love for the animal, etc...they both should pay! Horrible!!!

It took more than 2 people involved in this and everyone should be charged plus the dog should be taken away from the owner.

I didn't want to read this but did because I thought it might not be what I thought it said.....this is so sick both of them should be put in jail. They really have to have stronger laws in place for this sort of behavior towards animals. And their father and grandfather did this to other dogs...ALL should go to jail or be "painlessly neutered with out anesthetic"

I agree - I can't even comment this bothers me so much - what they got is a slap on the hand compared to what they did to that poor dog
