They should both be brought up on charges! And all the fine is for this horrid crime is only $500!!
It is so hard to believe. I almost got sick when I read this - so, I almost didn't post it. But somewhere there has to be a lesson for others
This guy ought to have the same procedure performed on him - in the same circumstances without anesthetic!!!
