Its going up fast. Its up to 1.99 per gal now.

As of today, Atlantic Beach, Florida is $1.89 a gal. Not complaining either, but I really hope is doesn't get over the 2.00 mark here.

gas JUST dropped a lot here- again we are in Canadian dollars and we go by litres... not gallons- so to give you some perspective when it was stupidly high in the summer we were paying 1.30 a liter. So it has obviously gone down quite a bit- yesterday it was 0.84 and today it is 0.77!!! the lowest it has been is .68 a liter- man i should have stocked up! :)

megan- i took watch gas prices obsessively.. lol.. i don't know why.... but i'll go like 30 min out of my way to get the cheapest gas- it's like a hunt for me!

You need to be checking here if you want to know GasBuddy.com - Find Low Gas Prices in the USA and Canada -- just put in your locale & it gives it to you - as long as the people around you are reporting it & I think you get something if you do report it.

Ours has just gone up about $0.15 per litre. They keep blaming the New Zealand dollar buying many US dollars. When they crude price is low they say it's the refined price per barrel that's caused the price hike. I just sigh. But thankfully I have a motorbike for commuting so it only costs about $10 per week to go to work (in fuel).

ARGGGGG , Gas is back up again to $2.39 per gallon:mad: California is getting taxed higher now , thanks to the new budget. Can't wait till summer :thumbdown:thumbdown last year it was creeping up close to nearly $5.00 per gallon. :eek:

What's the deal out there? You guys have a huge economy, stratospheric tax rates and still it's not enough tax revenue? What do they do with it all? Now they are considering legalizing marijuana because it's the biggest cash crop in the state. Bigger than produce and wine combined.

Maybe it's time to through ALL the BUMS out. And be sure they take their hammer and sickle with them. With the right leadership you guys could be your own country.

My tax gal told me that people in California that planned on getting a tax refund from the state are instead getting an IOU :thumbdown I can not imagine (although I fear if we all could be headed there) And I really wonder if they are going to pay the same interest to those taxpayers as they charge those who are late paying their state income tax :rolleyes:

Gas went up to $2.29 per gallon at the Shell Station by my house. At Costco though it was $2.09, so that is where I filled up. It still costs under $30.00 to fill my tank, can't complain too much as last summer it was $60.00.:(

It seems like over here, we're on average about 10-20 cents more than you guys. :( Earlier, it was at about 95 cents a litre.

Well, don't ya all hate me :rolleyes: - but it has now dropped to $1.53 here - and today on the local news they were talking about how we were like the lowest or next to the lowest in the entire US :)

Sorry it's raising for everyone else, and drop for me :)

These folks are starting to get to me. One day it was 1.69, then the next day I look and it's 1.67! then the next day 1.65! Then the next day....1.69. I was not a happy camper. :p
