im sorry not trying to offend anyone.. but why WOULDNT u want to be told?

and my answer is yes, i would want to be told and i would tell a friend no matter what

the only reason i would think of is the person does not want to be hurt (ironic because then you are making someone else hurt for you, and you will be living a lie) or is so insecure with themselves that they dont think they can find anyone else..

It's hard to realize though that some would rather not know. We had alot of men @my job that worked/traveled out of state for the majority of their work lives. When I was younger, it was told that one guy in particular (he was much older than me, but I thought alot of him) had a mistress for years in another state.

I "always" wondered if his wife was even suspiciously aware or did she even care??

That is kind of strange

I'd never understand why someone WOULDN'T want to know. Who the heck would want it to just keep happening behind their backs?
