I suspect the reason(s) the first surgeries may have failed are failure to remove tension, freshen edges (mucosa to mucosa), may traumatizing the surgery? Generally I've tried to get the little guys as big as possible, but that's not always doable. I'll know more when I see Emma. Thanks! >>>>>>

Isn't it amazing how many emotions can come from so many people over a visit to the Dr.? That is such exciting news. Every time I come to check up on Emma, the same song keeps going thru my mind: Joe Cocker singing "You Are So Beautiful". I am so Happy that everything is finally going right for Emma. Whatever God's plan is for Little Emma, He put that little girl in the most loving hands possible. Bless you, Dena, for giving up so much of yourself for that beautiful little sweatheart.

i am so happyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. emma will be just fine i feel it in my bones as how could she not be with all these fabulous people praying for her and these wonderful drs and surgeons waiting to fix her!!!! yep, things are really looking up!! and most of all the wonderful skin mommy she has taking care of her..she is a very lucky little girl!

where are the drs and surgeons located at? are they far from you dena? just wondered about that if you will have to leave her there and then go back or what..i know this will be hard for you but i also know the kind of lady you are and will do whatever you need to do for emma! i hope you get some rest soon and take care of yourself also.. you have been this little girls rock more than anyone even realizes! and i know you have to be exhausted so please take care and think positive as we all will...cause little emma is gonna be fine so hang in there!!! saying lots of prayers for you and little emma!
