| Some People A couple of days ago My hubby and I are driving in are neighborhood and a little black kitty ran in front of Us and My hubby had to slam on the brakes to keep from running over it.It ran up on a ladys porch and I seen it's litter mates all lined up there .So today on are walk We went down the alley and right next to the ladys porch lies this little black kitty and I looked and it was dead ! I could tell it was not run over but fly's were all over it and the smell was awful it had been there for sometime and the lady never even bothered to pick up the body.It also had a water bowl laying next to it in the tall grass, like She or someone had tryed to give it water to make it better ! How awful that this lady or someone could not even call the aspca to help the little thing.I wish I had walked By 2 days earlier ! I see things like this around here all the time .People get animals around here and just depose of them when they are tired of them.I am so sick of it Are neighbor right next door has pitbulls that run lose and children have almost been attack by the other ladys boxer/pit mixs next door.I have called the aspca and the dog warden and they never do anything. They were starving a rottweiler to dealth across the street then got rid of it and got the boxer/pit mixs.It was so starved I could count ribs from across the street. There is a law here in Ohio that says one pit to a home and the people two doors down have 4 that run loose most days.I never can take Daisy out on a leash because I am afraid She will get attacked ! And 5 dogs in are neighborhood have died from Parvo in the last 2 yrs (The dogs that do have goos homes) I just had to vent Thanks for listening

| some people are so ignorant. They don't look at their pet as a member of the family, to them the pet is just a possession. I'm sorry you have to put up with that stuff. |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | awwww...how sad - it seems there are just too many pets and not enough loving homes ...there are many people that should just never have ANY animal and why they do is beyond me. If you can't take care of something - don't get it ! |

| That's awful. I really hate things like that. My in-laws will just take cats and drop them off just anywhere if they come up. An older lady they knew had one of her granddaughters over and the granddaughter called my father-in-law and asked for the number to the pound b/c they had a stray cat up at her house (the older lady's) and he told her not to waste the gas driving all the way to town (they are in the country) just to take it somewhere and drop it off. You know forget how cruel that is for a minute but lets think about it logically for a second, just pretend that droping them off isn't mean. First cats multiple very quick so in no time the whole dang area down there will be infested with cats b/c you know they aren't fixed so eventually for everyone you toss out you'll have like 4 more at your door. Second maybe if everyone down there would stop dropping cats off then they wouldn't have any just show up at their door period. And now you can stop pretending. Its just cruel you're throwing an animal out to die. I know that if you take it to the shelter it may be killed to but at least its not slow like starving to death. Plus maybe if people would stop dropping cats off and take them to shelters we could control their population better. I'm really tired of people doing stupid things like this, these animals are domesticated animals they can't survive out in the wild. People bred them to be pets stop throwing them out when you are tired of them and take care of them by having them fixed when you get them. Sorry it was so long I guess my venting got out of hand.
