ive never had to do this yet but yeah it sounds sooo horrifying waiting!! im glad u got it!!! yay..!

Congrats!
If things come up with the inspection, sometimes the buyer will either fix them or reduce price to cover fixing.

Everything is fixable, except really bad things like black mold, foundation crack.

The floors look beautiful - that's a good sign.

Good luck, but don't panic if the inspector comes up with a laundry list, most things are usually not deal-breakers if you love the place.

Youre right. Im sure the inspector will come up with some minor things at least. Thats no problem. It would probably be things that are normal wear and tear anyway. The house was built in 1986 so its pretty modern.
