Congrats!
If things come up with the inspection, sometimes the buyer will either fix them or reduce price to cover fixing.

Everything is fixable, except really bad things like black mold, foundation crack.

The floors look beautiful - that's a good sign.

Good luck, but don't panic if the inspector comes up with a laundry list, most things are usually not deal-breakers if you love the place.
