They don't take highlighted hair that's been highlighted with bleach, you may not have had bleach on yours since it's naturally highlighted. Do you know what they used?

They can't take it because something about the bleach destroys the hair so much that during their process it causes the hair to diminish or something... it tells about it on the website.

No i mean it's natural highlights, like i never got them done before, my hair gets lighter in the sun, so there are some streaks there but only a little, would that be fine?

I do this everytime I get a hair cut and all I can say is I REALLY hope I'm getting close because my hair is getting on my nerves! It took me over an hour to dry it the other day!
