They don't take highlighted hair that's been highlighted with bleach, you may not have had bleach on yours since it's naturally highlighted. Do you know what they used?
They can't take it because something about the bleach destroys the hair so much that during their process it causes the hair to diminish or something... it tells about it on the website.
