| To sleep perchance to dream? HELP ME!! Ever since being on meds for the last two months (yay for July and no meds) i haven't been able to sleep... a side affect to them was that i was very alert and awake at night.. and since then have been taking Gravol to get to sleep (i usually cave around 3 am and take it) does anyone know of any good natural (either something you take or just something calming that has worked for you) that i can try> I'm game for anything> I currently have lavender on my pillow case.. Layla seems to enjoy that |
