| ![]() Well, of course, that's what I'm hoping. However, I have no idea who the vet contracts with for cremations and I guess if I'd gotten back two like-looking remains, I wouldn't feel so unsure.

I know I could ask at the vet's but you know how you don't really want to question someone's professional ethics and honesty without any knowledge of the subject whatsoever? I just was hoping someone might have had some experience or knowledge about cremations and what might be a logical reason for the disparity? I just know that when you do things like that they'll just tell me "well, of COURSE it's your parrots"...I mean, what else would I expect them to say if they're questioned with no grounds? I do trust the vet herself, but she doesn't do the cremations.

| ![]() sounds like a tough situation and now you've really got me wondering too... please update us on if you do decide to ask the vet or not! that is weird though because they should be about the same color and weight... unless they mixed in another animal with one of them? ![]() |
