I never got any certificate (but that would def. have made me feel better) and I imagine every company does things differently. My parrots were the same type of parrot, the same color and roughly the same weight and size when they died.

I know I could ask at the vet's but you know how you don't really want to question someone's professional ethics and honesty without any knowledge of the subject whatsoever? I just was hoping someone might have had some experience or knowledge about cremations and what might be a logical reason for the disparity?

I just know that when you do things like that they'll just tell me "well, of COURSE it's your parrots"...I mean, what else would I expect them to say if they're questioned with no grounds? I do trust the vet herself, but she doesn't do the cremations.
