I vote for Alexandria, VA. Lots of dog-friendly shops, parks, even Mt. Vernon is pet friendly. I believe we could arrange a river cruise that allowed pets (I've heard that some allow small dogs) and possibly a walking tour of DC. Alexandria, VA

I WANT to be part of the next meet-up - I was not able to participate this year, mainly because of issues with my leg. I mean, most of us are willing to blow that much on an impulse purchase, why not put it to work for the greater good of helping a lot of people. I also think that the selection process should be made by donating members - those members that have made a commitment to YT.

If it were just all about ME, I would like to rent a resort that also has cabins and camping. It would be so awesome to sit around a campfire with our babies and talk and laugh and sing "campfire songs". To relax and let loose, not wear makeup or bother about "looking pretty" just to be ME. I know a lot of people would think I have lost my marbles, but if the meetup was just about me that is what I would prefer. There are places I would rather NOT go, but I won't refuse or be mad if one of those locations are chosen. Anyway I guess I've said enough

I think it should be up to the members that attended the last meet up to choose the next location.. I think it is really only fare to the ones who did go to the first one

OK, I'll give my opinion too. I like the idea of Tn. or San Antonio but I also like the idea of a lodge/campground. Speaking from my experience in KC, I really missed out on getting to know some of the people who attended because the time went by so fast. If we were in a more relaxed atmosphere, like Cindy said, we could get to know each other better. There are some beautiful lodges/camping areas in Branson, Missouri. From my experience, it is dog friendly and there is lots to do. We have stayed at Big Cedar Lodge before and it is beautiful with cabins and lodges.

As much as I would love to say Nashville is a Great choice, I have to say that Most of that city is Very Dirty. Even if one of my favorite people live there (Mandee ) I would not choose this as a meet up place.

I think that this is a fantastic idea It would also help eliminate some of the confusion.

i did not go to 2008 but i also agree who ever went to 2008 kc should pick where we go so where are we going
