| Let's Talk Diet Drinks So my question to you gals is this..... which diet drink (i.e Diet Cola, Diet Cola Zero,Diet Sprite, Diet Sprite Zero, Diet Dr. Pepper) tastes the best? I have heard that Diet Coke is 99% water... would this be the same for the remaining diet drinks? I like water don't get me wrong but after awhile it kinda grosses me out and I miss my sodas... so any ideas? |

| I drink Coke Zero and Sprite Zero. I think they taste the best. Pepsi Max is good out of a bottle. lol I know it sounds weird but, I don't think it tastes as good in a can.

| I drink diet coke with splenda (different from regular diet coke or coke zero). Most bigger stores carry it, but not all, you have to look for it. I don't drink it out of the can or bottle, I pour it into a glass. For some reason it tastes much better out of a glass. I keep the cans in the fridge so they are cold and I don't put any ice in the glass as it gets watered down with ice and doesn't taste as good. That's my MO!

Yes lets talk about diet drinks - it's so freakin confusing. I'm addicted like Anne to Diet Pepsi - I buy BIG K from Kroger and it tastes just like it for 1/2 the price - but I'm hearing all sorts of really BAD things about the diet sweeteners....When I get to work I'll get the article and post it.... I'm trying to drink Green tea with raw sugar and do NOT LIKE THE TASTE .... I need Fizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz in my life ! | |

| I used to drink a lot of diet sodas, but not any more. My favorites were Valt0, Diet Mountain Dew (expecially the Code Red) and Diet A&W Rootbeer. I have cut out artificial sweeting from my diet and I do believe I am feeling better. Now I drink water with lemon or lime. |

| I love Fresca, but I really can't drink it anymore. I think the carbonation and the tart flavor did a job on my esophagus!

I'm trying to stop but not getting very far - I've been wondering if drinking diet soda every day is the reason I feel so dragged out all the time.....good for you. Now HOW did you do it - don't you really miss it ? ps...I drink lots of water all day at work - then come home and sometimes have 2-3 a night ....BAD ME

| Any type of diet soda is still bad for you. All synthetic sweeteners are bad for you. Water is the way to go. Also flavored waters & vitamin waters are not that great either. They contain several preservatives & artificial ingredients. I work for a beverage company, my responsibility is to make sure labels are FDA compliant before they hit the market therefore I know alot about ingredients added in beverages. |

Donating YT Addict | I love diet Coke but only allow myself one can a day and a small glass at night. I also like Diet Pepsi. I have been drinking the Crystal Light packets you add to a water bottle to try and get more water in me. I really like them. I won't drink just plain water, although I know I should

YT 1000 Club Member | I am addicted to Diet Pepsi....tried to "quit" just can't....I gave up smoking 2 yrs ago and THAT was easier than giving up Diet Pepsi. I know artificial sweetners are bad...but I can't have the sugar due to hypoglocemia (low blood sugar)..so what is a girl to do?? LOL....

| I drink Diet Pepsi like it is going out of style! Seriously, I drink about 5-6 a day. I know I have an addiction to the caffeine in it...if I don't have one by about mid-day I start getting a really bad headache. I keep telling myself...it could be worse, it could be a non-diet soda. |

| I drink Diet Rite Pure Zero....it has splenda in it which is better for my headaches. If I drink stuff with Nutrasweet in it, I tend to get massive Migraines. If I stay away from it, I do better. I'm also trying to drink more water. I was adding the packets to my water, but most of them also have artificial sweeteners. I do add fresh lemon, lime and oranges to my water and it is totally refreshing....now if I could just give up my coffee, I'd be doing great. I'm not quite ready for that, yet. |
