| We have done it for years but do it outside. i hate the waxy burning smell that it makes. We just wait until it isn't a breezy day. We get ours at the health food store! |

| Ihave done it too and everyone is right it feels great. You get a clean weird feeling when its done. Not a bad weird just a clean feeling.. I dont think that just made sense

| We have always done this in my family as far back as my great-great grandmother although we do not use a candle we actually use a piece of large paper. (newspaper now adays) and shape it into a cone and burn it. Always works to clear out the ear canals never singed any hair either

| when we were young my mom used to do them out of newspaper... she would roll it up in a cone and light the tip .. did the same effect..... it felt great afterwards..... don't know if its the same? |

| I've been interested in this for a while. I always thought it would hurt or feel really uncomfortable. I read the post about doing it for the dogs...that would be difficult with keeping them still, wouldn't it? |
