It's pretty scarey for sure. It's a different world now then just a few years ago. It can make me sad but I make sure that when we have those perfect Maine summer days...80 and dry with a nice soft wind...I stop and soak it in and thank God for the beautiful day....or when I'm sitting around the fire pit with all our friends laughing and I'm grateful we have them...even when I look down on my Ozzy all curled up asleep looking so cute and peaceful I think.. life is good...at the end of the day life is good I guess take the good and don't borrow worry. It's the small things that can get you through the day

You're a lucky woman...I with I could think that way - but then again - I don't have a perfect Maine day (I'm from New England and MISS IT) and a fire pit to hang out at ....but like I said earlier - it COULD be so much worse for us all....some countries don't have what we have....

but still...things are out of control and I don't mean the weather....there have always been weather related disasters.

Yep...the economy, gas also worries me. They are even going to up transit prices which is how i get around here..i was planning on getting a used car but now idk if i should...We do all need a group hug! lol

Girl...don't even get me started on that...i was watching history chanel yesterday and they were playing something about 2012 and armagedan, etc. They were talking about events that have been predicted, that have already happened, the popes, all that stuff. I was freaked out! I know all about it cause of church and the bible but i try not to worry myself or else i will go crazy lol

You're right..there has always been wars, natural disasters, etc i think it is just the media, every chanel i turn to it is all the same thing, they constantly repeat it and talk about it that it just seems like the worst. Wow im sorry lightning struck, so glad you're okay! The news def. makes everything feel worst lol but i feel like i have to know..i am going to try to avoid it more often...ill still have to know what is going on but not keep the news on 24/7 lol which is actually rare for me to do but for some reason the past week ive been doing that, and watching crazy shows on the history channel and life/death events lol Why oh why do i have to be so curious??

I hear you..this is supposed to be the country where everyone goes to make money and all this is happening..it really is endless. About the future...this all makes me not want to have kids. I have always wanted to but now i am just scared to bring a child into this crazy world..i sometimes wonder why im even here but i am and cant do anything about that lol But yea with everything going on having kids would make it worse for me, i already have my 3 furry kids to watch over and grab asap in case anything shall happen..i think thats all i can handle for right now. We do need to do something...atleast for what we can change like global warming but ppl in this world are ignorant. It's so hard to live in this world where everyone disagrees about everything

I think that is why we have to remind ourselves to love and cherish the ones that are important to us, live the best life we can live and enjoy life. We never know when it will be our last day so we should make the best of it so we have no regrets.
