Stress works too - I can testify to that..
I know some people eat when depressed - I stop eating...so for those who feel stressed out or depressed - don't let food be your friend....but don't do what I did either -
Yorkiedaze is right - healthy eating is the best way to go (not that I eat healthy cause I don't) but when I did I felt SO much better
I have to say though - I really REALLY like the WW Meals - way better than dinky Baby Portioned Lean Cuisine.......since my husband died - I don't cook cept for the girls chicken, so I know
every one of those frozen dinners on a 1st name basis.
