| ![]() That Campbells cheesy chicken and rice recipe is so good! And super easy. Campbell's Kitchen - Recipe Detail - Campbell's® Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole All you need is chicken breast, rice, shredded cheese, a can of cream of chicken soup, some frozen veggies, water, onion power and some salt and pepper to season the chicken. The BF loves it! Last night I made taco salad. Its super easy and quick. Ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning, frito chips, lettuce, tomato, cheese, refried beans, sour cream, salsa, some avo. Mix it all together and there you go!

| ![]() Since you have the chicken... this is one of my favorities. I cut the chicken in strips. Then i season with salt, pepper sometimes i use garlic powder. saute them in oil and garlic. When they are almost done throw cremini or white mushrooms on the chicken. i use the whole box. you could use squash here too instead if you dont like mushrooms. then pour like a half of bottle of Lee and Perrins worchestershire for chicken. it is a beige sauce not the dark brown one. although they are right next to each other on the shelf. I really saturate the veggies with the sauce. I turn the heat down and let the sauce soak in and steam the veggies . it makes a great sauce for the chicken. this is great with mashed potatoes!! it takes about 15 min to cook and it sems like you have been cooking for hours ![]() |

| ![]() One of our favorites (especially my children's) is chicken cut up into strips or chunks (depending on what you want) add your favorite seasonings (we add onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and a bit of chili powder) cook for about 10 minutes and then add your favorite box of rice (whether Rice-A-Roni or Spanish Rice) to the chicken and cook just like the box of rice tells you to. Its really good and the chicken gets super soft. You can even add this to a wrap or sprinkle some shredded cheese on top. Meatloaf is always good, easy and fairly inexpensive. You can do a BBQ, Italian or Cheese Meatloaf w/your fav veggie on the side!

Chicken and rice casserole....chicken, minute rice, and cream of mushroom soup. (If I have leftover broccoli, I throw some in as well) Hamburger Macaroni--Macaroni and cheese and throw in browned (and drained) ground beef ------- Toasted egg sandwiches are good for a breakfast /dinner and pancakes can be a nice change. Baked potatoes are a really easy supper. Just make lots of stuff like chilli or broccoli to put on top Pasta salad is easy and great for summer. We buy big bags and thaw out smaller portions at a time and add whatever extras we want. ---- One of our favs is a one skillet dinner. We brown hamburger meat and drain it, add frozen tator tots cooked and broken up and a can or so of Ranch-style beans. Can you tell I'm from the South or what? LOL! ![]()
