I use organic extra virgin but I love coconut so to me it smells so good I want to eat it straight from the jar. It seriously smell heavenly to me. I was using it only for a hot oil treatment for my hair and mixed with sugar for a scrub but recently I was making black beans and rice from one of those packets (Vigo, I think) and I added a big spoonful to the water and the coconut taste did come through a little. I thought it was fantastic and I could taste the coconut a little but it didn't bother my daughter who hates coconut so I guess it was a pretty mild coconut taste.

ETA- After re-reading my post, I think I might win an award for the the most redundant and longest run on sentence ever!

I love coconut but I swear if I used it on my hair.... I'd want to eat it and hair is NOT good for you...specially hair like mine ...YUK ! and HA - see what I mean about that EDIT ??? I had a typo - why do I only see them AFTER I hit submit ??? Can someone tell me ?
