I use organic extra virgin but I love coconut so to me it smells so good I want to eat it straight from the jar. It seriously smell heavenly to me. I was using it only for a hot oil treatment for my hair and mixed with sugar for a scrub but recently I was making black beans and rice from one of those packets (Vigo, I think) and I added a big spoonful to the water and the coconut taste did come through a little. I thought it was fantastic and I could taste the coconut a little but it didn't bother my daughter who hates coconut so I guess it was a pretty mild coconut taste.
ETA- After re-reading my post, I think I might win an award for the the most redundant and longest run on sentence ever!
