| My sister has it Gina and swears by it. She's had it since last summer and has no problems with it. I did not listen and asked for the Shark steam mop last Christmas, which I did get. It worked great and I loved it then after about 6wks it stopped making steam and I returned it. Should have purchased the Bissel. I will as some point but I'm back on my hands and knees. Actually I forgot about it until I read this post. |

Don't know anything about that one. I will be getting the Bissell one eventually since my sister raves about it. I have to say when I had the shark it was a pleasure and I was done in just a few minutes as opposed to almost an hour. I was really upset when it broke! Stupid mop. LOL | |

| I've always had our carpets professionally cleaned, but now that we are getting wood floors and just have carpet in three of the four bedrooms I think I will just invest in a steam cleaner and do it myself whenever needed, which wouldn't be very often at all! Thank you for the good tip. I will check with the Consumer's guide to see what they recommend too. |
