We received ours on the exact date that the IRS site said we would....alothough it was about $400 less than what we were expecting

You know what's funny I read this morning that due to the glitching some people are getting less than they are supposed to. So for those that got less I suggest doing the calculator to see if you got the right amount.

If it's any consolation...I haven't gotten my fed refund yet. This was the first time in years...I didn't owe them...actually what it means..is I overpaid in my estimated tax payments. Any way...so we owed the state....20 bucks less than that fed refund...state wasn't due until may 1...and I was thinking....okay...I'll send that fed refund to the state. Only the fed refund...hasn't come.

If you haven't filed both your returns by the return due date then you won't get a check for the stimulus. Read that somewhere. You have to have filed both of your returns to be eligible then you have to meet the million other criterias.

Maybe it's stuck with my stimulus check in the twilight zone.

I know a few people have received their check but it was for less than what they were expecting, I just saw this. Maybe this explains it?

Still waiting on our's, was suppose to get it TODAY but didn't. Hubby is getting worried but I did the calculator and it said we are getting $1800 so we'll see.

Our paper said today there was a mistake made and $300 was left off on quite a few checks where it should have been paid for children or child in the family.They seem to think they know who all these people are and will be correcting it. I'd track them down and make sure. Don't know it that helps.

Was that the date you were slated according to the chart to get it? Shoot according to the chart for the dd we were both supposed to get ours already. It's funny but when I check the site status it says no updated information is available. My guess is with all the crappy screw ups they are having we will be getting ours according to the paper date distribution. Which majorly stinks. It would be so good to get it now.

Well I was first looking at the chart for electronic filing which I did not do
thinking it should be
5-02
then they said they moved it up a week
end of April
then I call as I told you before and they said 5-16
but I didn't believe them so I emailed on the internal revnue site
they said 5-16 or 2 wks after
the check I got on 5-19 was a paper ck. dated 5-16

I think with all the calls and emails with the $300 for children left off they are just overwhelmed and are not answering or answering slowly.

I am putting all but $50 on my charge so my chg. card co. will be happy. Hope you guys get yours soon.
