Anyone have Berber Carpeting?

i have 5 dogs from 22lbs to 3 lbs no problems here with nails and they all love to run and come to a screaching hault . the only thing that happened once was the s dog tag got caught but i just cut that loop off. i love berber! also if your dog pees we got the basement padding thats rubber on both sides so the pee wont go into the padding.

I use to have cut berber... you get the same durability of berber but it looks like a low pile shag.

No, you can put down either laminate or engineered wood flooring over a concrete slab - no problems, everyone does it nowadays.

Haven't ever really had to purchase carpeting yet. Everywhere we've moved already had decent looking carpeting in already. I won't tell you's how old are carpet is now, but it's really............old.

I have a light color berber and haven't had ANY problems with their nails. As far as cleaning it for pee or poo stains, I use Capture carpet cleaner sold at Lowes' or Home Depot. It is awesome for that. You spray a light mist...sprinkle this powder on the stain...let it set for 30 minutes, the powder actually lifts the stain out and you have a yellow powder sitting there. Vacumn and voila!!! Stains gone! Kinda like drycleaning for carpets.
