| Mixed Drink Recipes I'm planning to have a party in a few weeks -- just my sister and her hubby and some close friends. I know how to make GREAT Bay Breezes but I need some more recipes!! I have a recipe for Apple Martinis but it's not the best. I want recipes for: Margaritas -- Strawberry, Mango, Mixed Berry, etc. -- ANY FLAVOR! In fact, the more flavors the better! I also want to know how to make a regular margarita on the rocks (no salt, please LOL) Martinis -- Regular martinis and APPLE martinis! Yum Mai Tai Mojitos Pina Coladas If you know of any other great mixed drinks, pass them on!! I want to have a nice variety so that everyone can have a drink that they really like. In addition, I'll have some red and white wine on hand (for people who don't like mixed drinks) and beer for the guys.

| Mojito is just cane sugar and mint leaves ground up (I use a mortar & pestal), squeezed fresh limes, club soda and bacardi silver rum. I LOVE Mojitos, but fresh ones, not ones with mint syrup, then they lose that refreshingness! oohohh Im jealous! Its almost that time of year for Mojitos by the pool!

| This is my Bay Breeze recipe ... it's delicious! BAY BREEZE 4 oz Coconut Rum 8 oz Cranberry Juice 8 oz Pineapple Juice Pour all ingredients into a pitcher and refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Serve in a low ball glass with ice. Anyone have a recipe for a margarita on the rocks? My sister LOVES them.

2 cups sweet and sour mix 1 cup triple sec 1 1/2 cups gold tequila 1/3 cup brandy-based orange liqueur (Grand Marnier®) 2 limes, quartered 1. Salt the rims of 8 glasses. To do so, pour salt onto a small plate, rub the rims of the glasses with lime, and press them into the salt. Fill the glasses with ice. 2. In a blender, combine sweet and sour mix, triple sec, tequila and Grand Marnier. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses, squeeze a quarter lime into each glass, and serve. | |

| Piña Colada This is how I make my Piña Coladas. Hope you like it. 1 Can of Cream of Coconut (I use the Goya Brand as its cheaper than the Coco Lopez one ) 2 Cups of Pineapple Juice Optional: 2oz of Rum (you don't want it to take away the flavor of the coconut and pineapple) I personally don't drink alcohol any longer but even when I did Piña Colada was something that I liked with little or no alcohol I think it tastes better that way. And enough ice to make it icy. Enjoy! Decorate your glasses if you like with pineapple chuncks and strawberries. P.S. Don't but those Piña Colada Mixer stuff their nasty IMO!
