That is by far my favorite white wine. I often take it when bringing a bottle to someone's house because it is generally well liked, a good combo of sweet and crisp.

The best part of wine drinking is the experimenting and sitting around talking as you enjoy a good wine. I loved that about Italy. Everything was centered around food and wine!

I think you and I have very similar red wine tastes. I spent a summer in Florence in 2005 and found a true love in the vino. And a good bottle over there isn't about cost. Some of the best chianti was only 2 euros! I like yellowtail too, and am surprised that there are a lot of Australian reds that I like.

I often find that a pinot noir is a good red wine that most people agree on. It is not very dry or acidic, which is what turns most people off about reds.

I'm more of a champaigne drinker then a wine drinker, but I really do like Moscada (I think that's how you spell it). I believe it tastes more like champaigne, which is probably why I like it.
