| ![]() Well Jody, I was a weigh 3-4 times a day person, always before bed and when I would get up, and that is the hardest part to break..I think if/when I hit my goal, I will weigh everyday, so if I put on a pound, I can work on taking it back off..but, while you're trying to lose, I know it's bad to way, as if you see you've put on a pound, it can really stress you out, and I don't need that.. |

| ![]() Don't worry about the candy, if it's there and you want a piece of it, eat it..I bought some of those bun candy bars online a couple weeks ago..I eat one whenever I want it..I just haven't had one in about 3 days now, but, maybe tonight.. |
