I lived upstairs and the neigbors would hit their celing w/a broom.......I HATED it!

There are all kinds of mean evil things you can do but the best one is to call and order a pizza for them late at night. EVERY night.

Do you have a noise ordinance? If so, I would call the police or file a claim with the town or township you live in...I would first try to talk to them and explain that it has become more than a nuisance... I know, I know..not near as fun but may help the problem cease if they know you've done your homework and will take it further.
