| Therapy Dog Donating Member  | OMG congratulations on your 30 pound weight loss. I lost over 40 recently and did it slowly as well so I know how hard it was for you to do and the commitment it took for you. Yay!!   I know when I lost all my weight I certainly needed clothes so I would head out to the nearest mall and do that. Then get some very nice bubble bath and relax. Now the hardest part begins...keeping it off!!

| The more you guys give suggestions, the more I want!!!! Chattiesmom: I didn't get my key this week,my leader wasn't there,so I said I would wait till next week to get it from her,she's helped me alot.In case you guys don't know, I work in a bakery! so it was extra difficult to lose.  I know the hardest part now will be keeping it off.but I am determined to do it.

Please please stay in the program and go to as many meetings as you need to stay on the straight and narrow path. I moved, had a lot of stress and would up gaining all my weight back plus some.
