OMG congratulations on your 30 pound weight loss. I lost over 40 recently and did it slowly as well so I know how hard it was for you to do and the commitment it took for you. Yay!!

I know when I lost all my weight I certainly needed clothes so I would head out to the nearest mall and do that. Then get some very nice bubble bath and relax.

Now the hardest part begins...keeping it off!!
